Procuração Particular
Cidadão Brasileiro:
1 - Comparecer ao Consulado, munido do texto de procuração.
2 - Assinar o documento perante o agente consular
3 - A assinatura do Outorgante será reconhecida diretamente pela autoridade consular
Taxa: $20,00 por assinatura
Cidadão Estrangeiro:
1 - Elaborar o texto de procuração em inglês e português ( um só documento para os dois idiomas)
2 - Assinar o documento ( os dois textos, em inglês e português) perante notário público.
3 - Autenticar o documento em "County Clerk".
4 - Autenticar o documento em "Secretary of State" ( Secretary of State of Delaware, Secretary of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, Secretary of State of Maryland, Secretary of State of Ohio, Secretary of the Commonwealth of Virginia, Secretary of State of West Virginia) or by the "Head of Notary Commissions and Authentications Section of the Secretary of the District of Columbia" and/or the "Authentications Office of the U.S Department of State".
5 - Legalizar o documento no Consulado-Geral do Brasil em Washington.
Taxa: $20,00 por documento
