Laissez-Passer

A "laissez-passer" is a travel document which the Consular Service will issue to those holding a passport not valid in Brazil/issued by a Government not recognized by the Brazilian Government, and who have requested an entry visa for Brazil.
Procedures:
additionally to specific visa requirements, submission to the Consular Service of:
one "laissez-passer" application form per applicant, properly filled out and duly signed (parents must sign for those under 18 years old);
two recent 2"x 2" passport-type photos, in color or black and white, front view, full face, light background (snapshots are not accepted);
$80.00 fee payment - please send USPS money order payable to Consulate-General of Brazil.
Jurisdiction: District of Columbia, States of Delaware, Kentucky, Ohio, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia and North American bases, excepting Guam.
